My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The location is convenient, close to major attractions and transportation, yet away from the overly touristy spots. The service was exceptional, incredibly knowledgeable, and always polite. The dining experience was a pleasant surprise, exceeding my expectations. The rooms were peaceful and well-equipped, providing a cozy atmosphere for my sister and me. However, the distance from the bustling St Marks Square might not suit everyone's preferences.

My stay at the hotel was excellent overall. The rooms were well-equipped with a Nespresso machine, a free Prosecco bottle, and Etro toiletries. However, the setup of two mattresses to make a king-size bed was a bit uncomfortable as one person had to deal with the ridge in the middle. Despite this, the rooms included two comfortable easy chairs and a welcome bottle of Prosecco, which was a nice touch.
